We did these yesterday out of my garage using the same weight mentioned in the video (I don’t have KB’s that size so we had to use change plates equaling that weight). I only was able to add a 45# bumper per side and FS that for 3. I swear to God it felt like I had an extra 100# on the bar using this style. My legs haven’t felt like that in a while. This will be a staple in my training from now on.
