		<description>that logic is somewhat faulty. that is like saying one arm reverse curls are the king of lifts since that would be pretty hard to lift 2xBW with that method. Cleans are probably my favourite lift but I wouldn&#039;t put them over squats.</description>

Show me someone who can squat their bodyweight- plenty in many gyms. Show me someone who can squat 2xBWt- quite a few around too. Now show me how many regular gym trainers that can PC their Bodyweight? Even better show me how many can PC twice their BWt?</description>
