		<description>What about a simple complex 3 times a week like Front squat, OHP or push press, straight leg dead lift.  Add pull-ups after the complex and you&#039;ve just hit Quads/glutes, shoulders/tris, hamstrings then lats and bis with a whole lotta core...</description>
