I thought this would be an interesting “attempt” at doing my blog. I will keep writing, but sometimes I have show things.

Dan… Just watched your video. Your one of my biggest heroes in the industry. I fallow your blog religiously and have read most everything you have written in T-Nation.
But good gawd… a cross shirt. I think you have just broken my heart☹

I’m a lover not a hater! Scott’s a good fellow and I think it is important to show a one of their shirts that: a. is not an Extra Small and, b., more importantly, actually filled out.

Excellent post. I love the video format. You are a great writer and speaker. You have a fantastic film presence. Your use of voice and body language make your tapes enjoyable to watch over and over again. Not to mention your technical knowledge and know how. Every time I watch your DVDs I pick up something new again. Keep up the good work.

The screen does indeed add 10 pounds.

I’m a new Dan John fan. I saw/heard about you on a Fitcast and plan to be a regular reader and participant of the Dan John blog.
Thanks for the new video blog post. You referred to your abdominal wall which you called a blow-out. Would you call it a distended abdomen? I also have a similar abdominal condition. Although I’m at around 12% body fat or thereabouts, my abs are clearly visible but distended somewhat. I’ve been addressing this problem with all kinds of ab and core work, TVA etc. and have had some success but I always felt there’s something more I should be doing.
I’ve also been working on bringing the hips up from an anterior tilt which has also helped to reduce this. I don’t think it’s such an unusual condition and I’m hoping you might make some further observations.
I really enjoyed your posts on proper squatting technique and the demonstration of the pull for the snatch. I did some O lifting in my younger years and now these last few years , in my dotage lol, I’m enjoying them again. I was always a fan of Tommy Kono, Ike Berger, the Bednarskis and all the guys from York. So thanks a ton, or a little less for that. lol. Very interesting and very helpful. Looking forward to your next post. Sincerely, Gene
