    Having a problem with tight hips. Ihave been hitting the squats real heavy and now the 48 year old hips are becoming real sore at the hip flexors. Any exercises for the hip flexors? Welcome to. Texas. I’m in. Midland. Texas.

    Greg,

    I had super tight hips. When I walked, my gait looked more like a swinging gate. Kettlebell swings and goblet squats. These two exercises have completely changed my physical being in the last 2 years for me (I am 43).
