Dan,
Thanks for the update. I look forward to your video blogs, articles, books and any other way you talk with us. Thank you for the years of straight scoop. (I’ve been following you since Nov 2004, I think). I look forward to meeting you some day.
I retired from the Marine Corps on the first of June, moved to Clemson SC, and will start studying math at Clemson U in January. Retirement is great and great for my work outs too.
Thanks again,
Jim

Dan,
Great to get an update; “video fix”. We all appreciate the work you do. I think you and Paval are REALLY onto something with the quadrants of training. It can provide a common language to all for what area that are, or should be training in Q. I, II, III, or IV. Here’s something I wanted share from a few months ago from the Ladies at DragonDoor.com http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2iSYxQ8_d0
