Sherlock Holmes was pretty damn good.
Certainly didn’t expect it to get a mention in your blog.
Pity there was only 3 episodes…more to come next year.

    Dan,
Reminded of your advice to “have Thanksgiving 2 x a month.” Both for the intended and unintended consequences. A) The turkey leftovers are healthy, high in protein low in calories. B) Properly prepared meals planned ahead of time give us all the best dollar value and keep us from getting tempted to eat “junk.” C) Few things can bring a family together better than a “Thanksgiving dinner” prepared throughout the year. Imagine the sense and sanity having a family of two or more sitting down to a meal prepared throughout the day and casually dinned on for 90 min. or more, with pleasant conversation, stories, and unrushed communications. Not the usually microwaved rushed meals. Turkey $1.95 pound, long term mental and physical health – priceless.

BTW, this mid-west Michigan boy is writing from Miami Beach FL while visiting wife’s family. Talk about delicious Cuban food; readers can probably smell the fresh garlic through the internet.
    Happy Thanksgiving to all.
    Derek Freund,
P.S. Suggestion…give copies of Dan’s book “Never Let Go” for Christmas gifts.
