Lonnie, it really was quite nice. We trained in a park near some Bocce Ball courts. Fortunately, we trained under some trees so we didn’t get sun burned.
After, we had steak sandwiches for lunch.

It’s ~70 here in Clemson, SC, 11:00 a.m.. Dan, the folks who look into this self inflicted group injury will almost assuredly over look a the idea that a bunch of folks who are tightly bonded, aggressivley optimistic, and high spirited can push each other past their individual and collective limits. I have seen it before in numerous situations. That is one of the reasons we have older folks around who aren’t swept up in the heat of the moment to temper these periods of over collective overdrive.
